Lego Truck

A little Lego truck that I modeled few years ago, first I modeled all the little pieces and after I follow the "manual" to build it. It was very fun!

It was rendered in blender using cycles, with 150 samples for the hi-res images and 40 samples for the video.

Autorig script demo

Hi!

I've made a quick video with a demo of the Auto-rig script used in the pre production of Alike

The script generate a full rig with ik/fk, auto stretch, spine with stretch, foots with multple pivots. It also can generate individual parts of rigs: arm/spine/leg and combine them later.

I would like to release it as soon as possible, but first I should update it to the last Blender API changes because it was developed for the v2.60

Also, thanks to Alessandro Chagas Machado for the model, downloaded from blendswap to make the video.

The Mistery Machine 3D recreation

Script PSL-Snapshot

Script created by me in combination with Daniel MartĂnez Lara to help their students. It allows animators to easily see the timing and spacing in the blocking process. In the viewport, the script duplicates the object mesh of the key frames selected.

Seeing all the advantages it offers it's included in the "Alike" production pipeline. In the video you can see an example of how it works.

Facial library

Small sample of the library with multiple facial expressions of the characters Copy & Paste.

This expressions will be used by the animators as reference, more info in the blog of the sort film
